First National Bank and Trust Company announces the recent appointment of Debra Garde to the position of Senior Credit Analyst.  Debra joins First National Bank and Trust Company with 15 years of banking experience.  Most recently, Debra worked for JPMorgan Bank, NA where she was an Officer and held several positions in credit underwriting and sales support.  As Senior Credit Analyst for First National Bank and Trust Company, Debra will be responsible for managing Credit Department personnel, creating loan approval documents for business loans, and managing all other credit functions.  Debra also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Finance from UW Whitewater.
