Promotion

It is the policy of the Bank to promote from within whenever possible.  The Bank provides opportunities for advancement, including the necessary training and proper working atmosphere. 

Criminal Investigation Background Check

The Bank will conduct federal and state criminal background checks for personnel in high risk areas.  

Substance Abuse Policy

As a part of the Bank’s substance abuse policy, the Bank will require all new hires to submit to a pre-employment drug screen. A negative test result is a condition of employment.
