The Centre 1 Bancorp, Inc. Annual Meeting also highlighted the addition of two new board members. Brian K. Bisbey, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of First National Bank and Trust Company and Dwight L. Kruse, President of Century 21 Affiliated have been elected to the Board of Directors.

Brian K. Bisbey joined First National Bank and Trust Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer in August of 1998.  He was promoted to Executive Vice President in January 2001 and in December of the same year was appointed Chief Operating Officer.  As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of First National Bank and Trust Company, Mr. Bisbey is responsible for the day to day management of bank operations and overall profitability of the organization, along with the development of management candidates.  He joins the Board of Directors with 23 years of banking experience and over 13 years of management experience.

Mr. Bisbey earned his bachelor's degree from Central College in Pella, Iowa and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin.  Active in community and professional service, Mr. Bisbey is Chair of the Greater Beloit Economic Development Corporation and Treasurer of Beloit Regional Hospice.  He also serves as a board member of the Country Club of Beloit.

Dwight L. Kruse, an active member of the Beloit community, has also been elected as a new member of Centre 1 Bancorp, Inc. Board of Directors.  Mr. Kruse became a real estate broker in 1974, licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin, and is now President of Century 21 Affiliated with offices in Beloit, Delavan, Janesville, and Milton.

Mr. Kruse is a graduate of Beloit Catholic High School and attended University of Wisconsin Rock County.  He earned an Associate degree in Marketing from Blackhawk Technical College and also served in the US Navy.  Mr. Kruse has a history of community and professional involvement, including Chairman and President of Stateline United Way in 1986 and 1988, respectively.  Mr. Kruse was also the President of the Country Club of Beloit from 1995-1996.  Today, Mr. Kruse remains active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of both Beloit 2020 and Beloit Memorial Hospital Foundation.
