First National Bank and Trust Company announces the recent appointment of Lisa Grover to the position of Vice President of Consumer and Residential Mortgage Lending.  Lisa joins First National Bank and Trust Company with 20 years of banking experience.  Most recently, Lisa worked for Associated Bank where she held the position of Senior Vice President.  As Senior Vice President, she was the Mortgage Director for the Illinois Region which consisted of the entire state of Illinois with the exception of Chicago.  Her region also included Janesville and Beloit in Wisconsin.  In this position, she supervised more than fifty employees and was in charge of Mortgage production.   As Vice President of Consumer and Residential Mortgage Lending for First National Bank and Trust Company, Lisa will be responsible for Mortgage and Consumer loan production, underwriting, and collection.
