First National Bank and Trust Company announces the recent appointment of Glenn Parry to the position of Senior Vice President / Human Resources Director.  Mr. Parry joins First National Bank and Trust Company with 18 years of Human Resources experience. Most recently, Glenn worked for World Insurance Company in Omaha Nebraska, where he served as Vice President and Human Resources Director for the past 16 years. As Senior Vice President / Human Resources Director for First National Bank and Trust Company, Mr. Parry will be responsible for managing the Human Resources function.

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Human Resources and a Master's of Arts in Counseling, Guidance and Personnel Services.  Furthermore, Mr. Parry also possesses the following professional designations: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
