First National Bank and Trust Company Announces Promotion First National Bank and Trust Company announces the recent promotion of Pat Jacobs to Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager. As MIS Manager, Pat will be responsible for overseeing all activities of the Information Technology Department and will provide strategic leadership, guidance, and direction to management in all areas of Bank technology. He joined the Bank on May 22, 2002 as the PC Support Manager. Most recently, Pat held the position of End-User Support Manager. He obtained his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in MIS from Millikin University in May 2002 and is currently working on his MIS Masters Degree through University of Illinois - Springfield.
